Whether it’s your chiropractic appointment, a 20 minute walk, setting a timer to stretch when working at the computer, weeks for detoxification, 5 minutes of meditation on your lunch break, your spinal care exercise, or a media fast: You need to reserve time for healing to start healing. To give your body the resources it needs to recover from daily stress, heal and maintain optimal function, you have to make time, not find time.If you don’t schedule time for healing, the rest of your daily activities will creep into your time for wellness. To start off this Valentine’s weekend, show yourself some love by taking out your calendar and writing it down.
